Imei Furniture Industries Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 20 March 1990. The principal activity of the company is the business of manufacturers and dealer in furniture. It started with its operations as a partnership known as Syarikat Perabot Beng Gay at premise situated at Batu 12 ? Parit Bualt, Mukim Sri Menanti 84160 Muar Johor on 1 September 1980. Due to the expanding plan, the partnership was converted to Private Limited Company on 20 March 1990 known as Imei Furniture Industries Sdn. Bhd. The company the expanded its business from domestic sales oriented company to concentrate on export sales and become contractor of furniture parts for several well known oriented furniture manufacturers in Muar.

In light of growth of the business expansion and production capacity, the present limited factory space is unable to cope with the expansion. Therefore, the company has acquired as freehold industrial land situated at Lot PTD 4061, Kawasan Perindustrian Parit Jamil, Muar Johor which is 4.4163 acre(192,374 sq. ft.) in size and factory building with build up area of 40,000 sq. ft. was constructed.

The company is principally engaged in the manufacturing of wooden furniture in particular, rubberwood dining sets and occasional items. The products manufactured by the company include dining sets in various designs, sizes and colours. These products could either be the company??s own design or manufactured in accordance with customers?? spefications.
